RESOLUTION NO. 4327

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ~4ENDING RESOLUTION NO. 4264 RE-
LATING TO A CHANGE OF ZONE IN A CERTAIN AREA
OF THE CITY.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the Oity of Anaheim did
heretofore, to wit, on the 10th day of December, 1957, adopt Reso-
lution No. 4264, in reclassification proceeding No. F-54-55-12,
finding and determining that the property therein described should
be changed from the classification of R-A, Residential-Agricultural
Zone, to 0-1, Neighborhood-Commercial Zone, and R-3, Multiple-
Family Residential Zone, as more particularly set forth in said
resolution; and
1rlHFBEAS, said resol;.ltion did provide, as a condition
incident to said reclassification, that the owners of the property
place of record standard City of Anaheim R-3 Deed Restrictions
covering that portion of subject property being changed to R-3; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find that the inclusion
of this reQuirement in the conditions of said reclassification Was
in error and should, therefore, be omitted from sa.id resolution; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does further find that an Ordi-
nance has never been adopted directing said change of zone and com-
pleting said proceeding,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 4264, adopted December 10, 1957,
be amended as follows:
That Condition No.4, reading as follows:
114. That the O\vners of subject propertj' place of
record standard City of Anaheim C-l and R-3
Deed Restrictions covering the respective
areas, and that the 0-1 restrictions prohibit
the us e of the proper ty for a drive-in. II
be, and the same is hereby, amended to read:
114. That the owners of that portion of subject
property being changed to 0-1, Neighborhood-
Commercial Zone, place of record standard
City of Anaheim 0-1 Deed Restrictions,
approved by the City Attorney, and that these
restrictions prohibit the use of the property
for a dri ve-in.1I
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in all other respects said
Resolution No. 4264 be and remain in full force and effect.

AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Attorney be, and
he is hereby, authorized and directed to prepare and submit to the
City Council an amendment to Article IX, Chapter 2 of the Anaheim

Municipal Code to amend said Anaheim Municipal Code to aocomplish
the object herein found and determined to be neoessary and proper.
