RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING TO THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN
EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
d..irous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
pUblic purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public utility
purpo~es ; and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property ha~ offered to aell
and convey the same to the-crity; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of A~aheim finds that
it 1s for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim to
accept said offer and purchase said real property.

under and across the Southerly 53 feet (as measured
from the monumented Center Line of La Palma Avenue)
anQ the Westerly 53 feet (as measured from the monu-
mented Center Line of Placentia Avenue) of that parcel
of land located in the City of Anaheim, County of
Oran~e, State of California, described as follows:
The 'dest 11 acres of the &~ of the S-~ of the SW! of
Section 1, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, S.B.B. & M.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer of the City
of Anaheim be, andehe is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners of
said real property, out of General Funds of the City of Anaheim, the
