Do not click links or open attachments unless you recognize the sender and are expecting the message. Dear Sir, Regarding the request for a 24-hour gas station and convenience store . I live on the East side of East Street. I do not see the necessity for a 24hour gas station and convenience store. During the current hours of operation, the vehicles that come into the station at night often have their radios running at full blast. In addition to that When the tankers are fueling the tanks, the gasoline odor as well as the noise impacts the residential area on East for the duration of their activity. There is also a seven eleven currently at the north east corner of Santa Ana and East Street. Also, East Street has been frequently been used as a raceway. I have been a resident here on East Street for 41 years and in that time, there has been no upside to the gas station and convenience store being open past midnight. Thank you for your consideration, Marilyn Helm 1
