58R-4435 - r-- RESOLUTION NO. 4435 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM GRAl'lTING A SPECIAL USE PERMIT TO WILTON ABPLANALP TO ESTABLISH A TRAILER PARK ON PROPERTY AT 3345 WEST LINCOLN AVENUE, UPON THE CONDITIONS HEREINAFTER SET FORTH. WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did receive an application from Wilton Abplanalp, 3345 West Lincoln Avenue, Anaheim, California, for a Special Use Permit to establish a Deluxe Trailer Park on the following described property, situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California: The South 350 feet of the West 150 feet of the East 250 feet of the Southwest ~uarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 11, Township 4 South, Range 11 West, S.B.B. & M., and the North 150 feet of the East 250 feet of the South 500 feet of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 11, Township 4 South, Range 11 West, S.B.B. & M. (Said property is located at 3345 West Lincoln Avenue, Anaheim, California.) AND WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim upon said request on March 3, 1958, notices of which said public hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of Section 9200.17 of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and WHEREAS, said Commission, after due inspection, investi- gation and studies made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at said hearing, did adopt its Resolution No. 204, Series 1957-58, granting a Special Use Permit upon the conditions therein set forth; and WHEREAS, thereafter, within twenty (20) days from the date of the adoption of said resolution, the City Council did elect, upon its own motion, to review the action of the City Planning Commission in granting said Special Use Permit and did thereupon fix the 1st day of April, 1958 as the time and the Council Chamber in the City Hall of the City of Anaheim as the place for a public hearing upon said Special Use Permit and notice of such public hearing was duly given as required by law and the provisions of Section 9200.17 of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said public hearing, the City Council did duly hold and conduct such hearing and did give all persons interested therein an opportunity to be heard and did receive evidence and reports; and .- WHEREAS, the City Council finds, after careful consider- ation of the recommendations of the City Planning Commission and all evidence and reports offered at said hearing, that said Special Use Permit should be granted upon the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth. -1- - ..-. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of An~eim that the action of the City Planning Commission granti~g Special Use Permit No. l6to Wilton Ab~lanalp, 3345 West Lincoln Avenue, Anaheim, California, to establish a Deluxe Trailer Park on the property hereinabove described be, and the same is hereby, approved arid that said Special Use Permit No. 16 be, and the same is hereby, granted subject to the following conditions: 1. That all buildings erected, improvements made, and the development of subject property shall be in accordance with the revised plan presented to the City Council and on file with the City of Anaheim, indicating landscaping, etc. 2. That the owner of subject property pay to the City of Anaheim a fee of $100.00 per acre for the acqui- sition, development and improvement of park and recreation sites. 3. That all engineering requirements of the City of Anaheim shall be complied with as required by the City Engineer, which requirements shall include the dedication and complete improvement, within a period of ninety (90) days from date hereof, of a 40-foot right-of way along Lincoln Avenue, measured from the center line of the street. The City Council hereby reserves the right to revoke such Special Use Permit for good cause or failure of said owner, his heirs, successors or assigns to comply with the Anaheim MuniCipal Code and regulations and the conditions herein. Said Special Use Permit is granted for the term prescribed by the Anaheim Municipal Code unless otherwise specified herein.
