receive a request for a Special Use Permit from the owner of certain real
property situated in the City of Anaheim. County of Orange. State of California,
described as follows:
That portion of the North one-half of the North one-half
of the Northeast one-quarter of Section 27. Township 4 South.
Range 10 West, San Bernardino Meridian, in the City of
Anaheim, County of Orange. State of California, described
as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of the North one-half of the
North one-half of the Northeast one-quarter of said Section 27.
said corner being on the center line of Raster Avenue and bears
South 10 19' ]0" East 651.80 feet from the center line inter-
section of said Raster Avenue and Katella Avenue; thenee along the
Southerly line of the North one-half of the North one-half of
the Northeast one-quartl?r of said Section 27, South 890 48' 2511
West ]0.00 feet to the Westerly line of s~ld Raster Street and the
true point of beginning; thence continuing along said last
mentioned line South 890 48' 25" West 1291.09 feet to the Southwest
corner of the Northwest one-quarter of the Northeast one-quarter
of the Northeast one- quarter of Section 27; thence continuing
along said Southerly line of the North one-half of the North
one-half of the Northeast one-quarter South 890 49' 40" West
841.11 feet; thence parallel with the center line of Rarbor Blvd.
North 10 211 00" West 390.]1 feet to a point 265.00 feet South
of the center line of said Katella Avenue; thence parallel
with said center line of Katella Avenue North 890 54* ]0" East
947.75 feet; thence North 10 20' 15" West 205.00 feet to a
point on the Southerly line of said Katella Avenue; thence along
said Southerly line North 890 54' 30" East 100.00 feet; thence
South 10 20' 1511 East 205.00 feet; thence parallel with said
center line of Katella Avenue North 890 541 3011 East 1084.70 feet
to a point on the Westerly line of said Raster Avenue; thence
along said Westerly line South 10 191 30" East 386.84 feet to the
true point of beginning.
AND WHE~1ilAS the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing
at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim upon said request on September 22,
1958 notices of which said public hearing were duly given as required by law
and the provisions of Section 9200.17 of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS said Commission. after due inspection, investigation
and studies made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of
all evidence and reports offered at said hearing. did adopt its Resolution
No. 57, Series 1958-59 granting said Special Use Permit upon the conditions
theut1 set forth; and

WHEREAS,thereafter. within twenty days from the date of the
adoption of said resolution, the City Council did elect, upon its own motion,
to review the action of the City Planning Commission in granting said Special
Use Permit and did thereupon fix the 21st d~ of October, 1958 as the time
and the Wesley Methodist Church in the City ot kJ.&heim as the place for a
public hearing upon said Special Use Permit and notice ot such public hearing
was duly given as required by law and the provisions of Section 9200.17 of
the Anaheim Municipal code; and
WIfIiI'R'Rl~S. at the time and place fixed for said public heariJlg
the City Council did duly hold and conduct such hearing and did give all
persons interested therein an opportunity to be heard and did receiTe evidence
and reports and did thereupon close said heariJlg and defer action to a later
date; and
~'RlAS the City Council does find that:
1. There is no substantial property right
possessed by other property in the same
vicinity and zone and denied the subject
property.
2. It appears that the 'subject property can
be adequately developed and used under the
present zone.
NOW, ~FORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council ot the City
of Anaheim that the action of the City PlanniJlg Commission granting a
Special Use Permit to Kenger Properties, Inc., 977 E, Colorado Street,
Pasadena, California to establish a trailer park with recreation building.
