did receive an application from Xenger Properties. Inc., 977 last Colorado
Street, P..-dena. California to establish a trailer park with recreation
building. RiDing pool. ple,v area, and required utility b..uldings, on the
property located at 304 West Xatella Avenue, in the City of An8heim, County
of Orllllge, State of California: and
WRER1i!AS. the City Planning Collllll1ssion did hold a public hearing
at the Wesley Methodist Church in the City of .1n8heim upon said application
or petition for a Special Use Permit on September 22, 1958. notices of
which said public hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions
of Section 9200.17 of the Aubeim Municipal Code: and
WR1i!R1i!A~, said Commission, after due inspection. investicatioD
and studies mce by i taelf and in its behalf and after due consideration of
all evidence and reports offered at said hearing, did adopt its Resolution
No. 19 -- Series 1958-59, granting Special Use Permit No. 19 for said trailer
park upon the conditions therein Bet forth; and
~li!.S. thereafter, within twenty (20) d~s from the date of the
adoption of said resolution, the City Council did elect, upon its own motion,
to review the action of the City Planning OOllminion in granting said Special
Use Permit and did thereupon fix the 21st de,v of October, 1958 as the time and
the Wesley Me~odist Church in the City of Anaheim as the place for a public
hearing upon said Special Use Permit. and notice of such public hearing was
duly given as required by law and the provisions of Section 9200.17 of the
Anaheim Municipal Code: and
WHmREAS, at the time and place fixed for said public hearing, the
City Council did duly hold and conduct such hearing and did give all persons
interested therein an opportunity to be heard and did receive evidence and
reports; and
WRmR1i!.S. after careful consideration by the Oity Council of the
recommendations of the City Planning Commission and all evidence submitted.
Resolution No. 4835, granting said Special Use Permit No. 19 upon the conditions
set forth in Resolution No. 57 of the City Planning Commission, was offered
for adoption. but failed to carry by the required affirmative vote of the
members of the City Council.

ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None.
