58R-4731 RESOLUT ION NO. ill.!. ~ A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM GRANTING A SPECIAL USE PERMIT TO LLOYD B. AND MARGARET A. FERRELL TO ESTABLISH A TRAILER PARK ON THE PROPERTY HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED. WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did receive an application from Lloyd B. Ferrell and Margaret A. Ferrell, l30e2 East Katella Avenue, Anaheim, California, for a Special Use Permit to establish a De Luxe Trailer Park, with complete recreational facilities, on the following described property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California: Parcell. The West 531.20 feet of the Northwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 26, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California; EXCEPTING THEREFROM the North 200 feet. Parcel 2. The Southwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 26, Town- ship 4 South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of Cali for ni a. AND WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim upon said application or petition for a Special Use Permit on August 4, 1958, notices of which said public hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of Section 9200.17 of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and WHEREAS, said Commission, after due inspection, in- vestigation and studies made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at said hearing, did adopt its Resolution No. 33 -- Series 1958-59, granting a Special Use Permit for said traUer park upon the conditions therein set forth; and .,..-". WHEREAS, thereafter, within twenty (20) days from the date of the adoption of said resolution, the City Council did elect, upon its own motion, to review the action of the City Planning Commission in granting said Special Use Permit and did thereupon fix the 2nd day of September, 1958 as the time and the Council Chambers in the City Hall of the City of Anaheim as the place for a public hearing upon said Special Use Permit, and notice of such public hearing was duly given as required by law and the provisions of Section 9200.17 of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said public hearing, the City Council did duly hold and conduct such hearing and did give all persons interested therein an op- portunity to be heard and did receive evidence and reports; and -1- - - WHEREAS, the City Council finds, after careful consideration of the recommendations of the City Planning Commission and all evidence and reports offered at said hearing, that said Special Use Permit should be granted upon the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the Ci ty of Anaheim that the action of the City Planning Commission granting said Special Us~ Permit be, and the same is hereby approved, and that Specia'l Use Permit No. 18 be, and the same is hereby granted to LLOYD B. FERRELL and MARGARET A. FERRELL, 13082 East Katella Avenue, Anaheim, California, to establish a De Luxe Trailer Park, with com- plete recreational facilities, on the property hereinabove described, subject to the following conditions: 1. That the owners of subject property deed to the City of Anaheim a strip of land 4, feet in width, from the center line of the street, along Haster Street for street widening purposes. 2. That said trailer park be built as outlined in the revised plot plan dated September 2, 19,8 and on file with the City of Anaheim. 3. That the owners of subject property pay to the City of Anaheim the sum of $100.00 per acre for the acquisition of park and recreation sites. 4. That all engineering requirements of the City of Anaheim along Haster Street, such as curbs and gutters, sidewalks, street grading and paving, drainage facilities or other pertinent work, be complied with as required by the City Engineer, in accordance with plans and specifications on file in the office of said City Engineer. The City Council hereby reserVes the right to revoke such Special Use Permit for good cause or failure of said owners, their heirs, successors or assigns to comply wfth the Anaheim Municipal Code and regulations and the con- ditions herein. Said Special Use Permit is granted for the term prescribed by the Anaheim Municipal Code unless other- wise specified herein.
