PLAts, SPECIFICATIONS, ETC.; AND AUTHORIZING
AND DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH A NOTICE
INVtTXNG SEALED PROPOSALS FOR TaE CONSTRUCTION

The construction and completion of Public Rest Room

the CUy of Anaheim, cons hting of. a 2600 sq. ft. in

with concrete sl~ floor, wood frame roof and interior
vall cQRstruction, plaster finishe', sheet metal werk,

AND WHEREAS, the City Council instructed Rowland & Jo~.to.~

and make necessary surveys ror the construction or said public im-
provement; and

WHEREAS, said Architect has prepared said detailed designs,
plaDa, proriles, drawings and specirications ror the construction ot
sai4 public improvement and has submitted the same to the City Coun-
cil; and
WHEREAS, the City Council rinds that the detailed designs,
plans. protiles, drawings and specifications ror said public improve-
ment above-mentioned are in accordance with good engineering practice
and are adequate to serve the needs and requirements or the City ot
Anaheim and the citizens and residents in said area ror the purposes
ror which they are intended, and that they are adequate ror the con-
struction or said public improvement and Should be approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council or the City
or Anaheim that the detailed designs, pla~s, protiles, drawings and
specitications ror said public improvement hereinabove mentioned
and described be, and the same are hereby, approved and adopted as
prepared by said Architect .
