A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN INDENTURE
GRANTING TO THE CITY OF ;ANAHEDf CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY FOR PUB1.IQ PURPOSES.

WHEREAS ,~~~aid -real property was du:i~ iold and con-
veyed to .-the State of ,California for non-payment of taxes in
accordance with laW:r _ a=nd
WHEREAS, in conformity with the provisions of
Division 1, Part 6, Chapter 8, Article 2 of the Revenue and
Taxation Code of the state of California, by agreement therein
authorized, the Tax Collector of the County of Orange agreed to
sel~ t9 the .City 9f Anaheim said real property hereinafter
described; an~ =
WHEREAS~ no taxing agency objected to the sale; and
WllEREAS, the City Council croes l'indthat it is for
the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim to accept
the offer to sell said real property and purchase the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City 'of Anaheim that that certain indenture dated September
4, 1957 and this day submitted to the City Council, granting to
the City of Anaheim the following described real property situ-
ated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California:
Lot A of Tract No. 1120, as per map/recorded
in Book 41 at Page 12 of Miscellanebus Maps,
records of Orange County, California
be and the same is hereby accepted by the City Council of the
Oi ty of Anaheim.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to Don s.
Mozley, Tax Collector of the County of Orange, State of California
the sum of Fifty Dollars (#50.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me
