57R-3935 - ,-. RESOLUTION NO. 3935 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 3890 RELATING TO A CHANGE OF ZONE IN A CERTAIN AREA OF THE CITY. WHEREAS, heretofore, to wit, on the 21st day of May, 1957, the City Council did adopt Resolution No. 3890 finding and determining that the property described in said resolution should be changed from the classification of R-A, Residential- Agricultural Zone to an M-l, Light Manufacturing Zone for a distance of 1435 feet, measuring from the center line of Ball Road, and that the remainder of the property should be reclassi- fied R-l, Single Family Residential Zone, subject to the condi- tions set forth in said resolution; and WHEREAS, the City Council does find t~at a P-L, Parking- Landscaping Zone should be established along Ball Road and along East Street from Ball Road to a point approximately 1435 feet North of the center line thereof, which said P-L Zone shall be a minimum of 50 feet in width, measuring from the property line; and WHEREAS, the City Council does further find that an ordi- nancehas never been adopted directing said change of zones and completing said procedure. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED bl the City Council of the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 3890, adopted May 21, 1957, be, and the same is hereby, amended as follows: That a P-L, PARKING-LANDSCAPING ZONE, of a minimum width of 50 feet, be established along the South property line of subject property, and along the W~st property line from Ball Road to a point approxi- mately 1435 feet North of the center line thereof; and That that portion of subject property at the rear of the P-L Zone, for a distance of 1435 feet, more or less, measuring from the center line of Ball Road, be reclassified M-l, LIGHT MANUFACTURING ZONE; and That the remainder of the property be changed to R-l, SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE, the dividing line be- tween the M-l and R-l Zones, to be parallel with Ball Road; AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in all other respects said Resolution No. 3890 be and remain in full force and effect. r- BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Attorney be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to prepare and submit to the City Council an wmendment to Article IX, Chapter 2 of the Anaheim Municipal Code to amend said Anaheim Municipal Code to accomplish the object herein found and determined to be necessary and proper.
