RESOLUTION NO. 3878
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEU1 ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAREIN CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEHENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, tne City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for public purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public
utility purposes; and
vlHEREAS,tl1.e City Council of the Oi ty of Anaheim
finds that it is for the benefit and best interest of the
City of Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real
property.
NOW, TI~REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the offer of AUGUSTA C. MOCK, a
widow, and GLORIA MOCK, a single woman, and MARY CORNELISON,
a married woman; mother and daughters as joint tenants, to
sell to the City of Anaheim the followi~~ described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, state of
California, to be used for an easement for road and public
utility purposes, and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utilit~ purposes
over, under and across the Northerly 50 feet of that
narcel of land loca.ted ,in the City of Anaheim, County
of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
'rhe Easterly 57.45 feet of the Northerly 300 feet of
Lot 4 as shown on a map, as a part of the west half
of Lot 9, Anaheim Extension, as per map thereof filed
in Book 1, Page 53 of Record of Surveys, in the office
of the County Recorder of saiel Orange County, California,
be, and the same i5 hereb;y-, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, ann that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer of the
City of Anaheim be, and ne is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owners of said real property, out of General Funds of the City
of Anaheim, the sum of One and nO/100 Dollars ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me
