A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHE 1M AMEND ING RESOLUT ION NO. 3743 RE-
LAT ING TO A CHANGE OF ZONE IN CERTAIN AREAS
OF THE CITY.
WHEREAS, the City Council did heretofore, to wit,
on the 19th day of March, 1957, adopt Resolution No. 3743
in reclassification proceeding No. F-56-57-44, upon an
application by Robert L. Wetzler for a change of zone of
certain real property described in said application; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find that the de-
scription of said real property contained in said Resolution
No. 3743 is erroneous and should be corrected; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has requested an extension
of time to comply wi th the conditions of said ReS) lution No.
3743, and the City Engineer has recommended the granting of
such request for an extension of time.
NCJN, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Counc 11
of the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 3743, adopted on
March 19, 1957 in Reclassification No. F-56-57-44, be amended
as follows:
1. That the description of the real property
mentioned in said resolution be corrected
to read as follows:

Commencing at a point on the center line of
Ball Road 92 feet East of the center line of
Stanton Avenue; thence South and parallel with
the center line of Stanton Avenue a distance
of 660 feet; thence East and parallel with the
center line of Ball Road 572.30 feet; thence
North along a line parallel to Stanton Avenue
a distance of 660 feet, more or less, to the
center line of Ball Road; thence Westerly
along said center line of Ball Road 406 feet
to a point; thence South and parallel to the
center line of Stanton Avenue a distance of
332 feet; thence West and parallel to the
center line of Ball Road a distance of 124
feet; thence North and parallel to the center
line of Stanton Avenue a distance of 332 feet,
more or less, to the center line of Ball Road;
thence Westerly along the center line of Ball
Road 42.62 feet, more or less, to the point
of beginning.
2. That the application for an extension of time
to comply with the conditions of said resolu-
tion be granted, and that said period be ex-
tended from 60 to 75 days.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in all subsequent pro-
ceedings in said matter, the description of said property as
corrected be used; but that in all other respects, except as
herein modified, said Resolution No. 3743 be and remain in
full force and effect.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Attorney be,
and'he is hereby authorized and directed to prepare and
submit to the City Council an amendment to Article IX,
Chapter 2 of the Anaheim Municipal Code to amend said Anaheim
Municipal Code to accomplish the object herein found and
determined to be necessary and proper.
THE FOREGOINJ RESOLUTION is approved and signed
by me this 7th day of May, 1957.

NOES: COUNC ILMEN : None.
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: Pearson.
