AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAgEIti AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution
No. 67R-310- determining that a change or
changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and des-
cribed should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly
noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation
of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or
changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com-
plied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes
as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
PARCEL 1:
That portion of the southwest quarter of
the northwest quarter of the southeast
quarter of Section 22, Township 4 South,
Range 10 West, in the Rancho San Juan Cajon
de Santa Ana, City of Anaheim, County of
Orange, State of California, as per map
recorded in Book 51, page 10, of Miscel-
laneous Maps, in the office of the County
Recorder of said county, described as
follows:
Beginning at the southwest corner of the
land described in the deed to David Ragin
and wife, recorded March 7, 1951 in Book
2154, .page 306, of Official Records, in
the office of said County Recorder, said
point being on the west line of the south-
east quarter of said section, south 00 14'
30" east 889.26 feet from the center of
said section, said center being the inter-
section of the center line of Cerritos
Avenue from the west with the north and
south quarter section line of said section;

thence'north 890 55' 30". east along the
south line of the land described in said
deed to the east line of said southwest
quarter; thence south 00 14' 45" east along
said east line to the southeast corner of
land described in deed to Phillip Daniels
and wife, recorded June 27, 1941, in Book
1097, page 432, of Official Records, thence
westerly along the south line of said land
of Phillip Daniels to said west line; thence
north 00 14' 30" west to the point of
beginning.
now .is R -A, AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed to and
incorporated in C-R, COMMERCIAL RECREATION ZONE, upon the
following conditions:
1. That all engineering requirements of the City
of Anaheim, such as curbs and gutters, sidewalks, street
grading and paving, drainage facilities, or other appurtenant
work shall be complied with as required by the City Engineer,
and in accordance with standard plans and specifications on
file in the Office of the City Engineer, at the time the
property is developed.
2.. That the owner(s) of the subject property shall
install street lighting as required by the Utilities Director
except when the Utilities Director shall permit the payment
of street lighting fees in the amount of $2.00 per front foot.
3. That the owner(s) of subject property shall pay
to the City of Anaheim the sum of 60 cents per front foot for
tree planting purposes, said amount to be paid at the time the
property is developed.
4. That .trash storage areas -shall be provided in
accordance with approved plans on file in the Office of the
Director of Public Works and Superintendent of Streets, prior
to final building inspections.
5. That all air conditioning facilities shall be
properly shielded from view and shall be in architectural -
conformance with the structure.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby
amended, and the property above .described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and
made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said
City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,

a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and cir-
culated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its
final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
