AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MU14ICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution
No. _ determininq that a change or
changes n he zone or zones ereinafter mentioned and des-
cribed should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly
noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation
of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or
changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com-
plied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes
as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
Beginning at a point 330.31 feet East along the center
line of Ball Road from the Northwest corner of Section 22,
in Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho San Juan
Cajon de Santa Ana, as shown on a map thereof recorded in
book 51, page 7, et seq., Miscellaneous Maps, records of
said Orange County; thence South at right angles to the
center line of Ball Road, 200 feet; thence West parallel
to the.South line of Ball Road,.130.31 feet; thence North
parallel to the Easterly line of said land, 200 feet;
thence East along the center line of Ball Road, to the
point .of beginning.
NOTE: Said land is described on the County Tax Assessment
Roll for the fiscal year 1958-59 as A.P. No.,82-130-11.
now is R -A, AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed to and incor-
porated in C-R, COMMERCIAL RECREATION ZONE, upon the following
conditions:
1. That all engineering requirements of the City of
Anaheim such as curbs and gutters, sidewalks, street grading and
paving, drainage facilities, or other appurtenant work shall be
complied with as required by the City Engineer, and in accordance
with standard plans and specifications on file in the Office of
the City Engineer, at the time the property is developed.

2. That the owner(s)- of the subject property shall in-
stall street lighting as required by the Utilities Director except
when the Utilities Director shall permit the payment of street
lighting fees in the amount of $2.00 per front foot.
3. That the owner(s)-of subject property shall pay to
the City of Anaheim the:sum of 60 cents per front foot for tree
planting purposes, said amount to be -paid at the'time the property
is developed. '
4. That trash 'storage 'areas shall be. provided in ac-
cordance with approvedplans ori file in the Office .of the Director
of Public Works and Superintendent of Streets, prior to final
building inspections.
5. That all air conditioning facilities shall be prop-
erly shielded from view and shall be in architectural conformance
with'the structure.
'SECTION- 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby
amended, and the property above de6cribe.d shall be excluded from
the zone'in which it -is now situated, and incorporated in and made
a part .of the zone or zones as above set forth,' and said City Zon-
ing Map as 'amended is hereby adopted and the City. -Engineer is hereby
directed to preparea sectional zoning map to.be added to the City
Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk..shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance''and shall cause -'the same to be printed once within fif-
teen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin, a
newspaper. of -general. -circulation printed, published and circula-
ted in said City,` and thirty (303 days from and after its final
passage, it -shall take'ef.fect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
this third day of September, 1974.
