AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MU14ICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution
No. 67R-310 determining that a change or
changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and des-
cribed should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly
noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation
of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or
changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com-
plied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes
as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
That portion of the Northwest quarter of the Northeast
quarter of Section 27, Township 4 South, Range 10 West,
in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, in the
County of Orange, State of California, as per map recorded
in book 51, page 10, Miscellaneous Maps, in the Office
of the County Recorder of said County.
Beginning at a point of the Northerly line of said Section,
North 89 54' 30" East 890.00 feet from the Northwest
corner of said Northeast quarter* thence North 89° 54' 30"
East 227.80 feet; thence South is 21' 00" East 265.06 feet
parallel with the center line of Harbor Boulevard as shown
on a map filed in book 43, page 33 of Record of Surveys,
in the Office of the County Recorder, to a line parallel
with and Southerly 265.00 feet from said North line of the
Northeast quarter; thence South 89° 54' 30" West 227.80
feet along said parallel line; thence North V 21' 00"
West 265.06 feet to the point of beginning. .
now is R -A, AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed to and
incorporated in C-R, CO)MRCIAL RECREATION ZONE, upon the
following conditions:

1. That all engineering requirements of the City
of Anaheim, such as curbs and gutters, sidewalks, street
grading and paving, drainage facilities, or other appurtenant
work shall be complied with as required by the City Engineer,
and in accordance with standard plans and specifications on
file in the Office of the City Engineer, at the time the
property is developed.
2. That the owner(s) of the subject property shall
install street lighting as required -by the.Utilities Director
except when the Utilities Director shallpermit the payment of
street lighting fees -in the amount of $2.00 per front foot.
3. That the owner{s) of subject property shall pay
to the City of Anaheim the sum. of 600 per front foot for tree
planting purposes, said amount to be paid at the time the
property is developed.
4. That trash storage areas shall be provided in
accordance with approved plans on file in the Office of the
Director of Public Works and Superintendent of Streets, prior
to final building inspections.
5. That all air conditioning facilities shall be
properly shielded from view and shall be in architectural
conformance with the structure.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded
from the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in
and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and
said City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the
City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning
map to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes
hereby approved and adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage -of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
- THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
this 23rd day of July, 1974.
