4128ORDINANCE NO. 4128
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution No.
67R-334 determining that a change or changes in the
zone or zones ereinafter mentioned and described should be made
as hereinafter set forth after duly noticed hearings and receipt
of the report and recommendation of the City Planning Commission;
and
WHEREAS, said Resolution did impose certain conditions
and requirements precedent to the adoption of an ordinance.chang-
ing said zone or zones, which conditions and requirements have
been satisfied.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sei-tional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as
follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to
wit:
PARCEL 1:
The North half of that portion of the Third Class
Lands of Felipe Yorba by partition of the Rancho
Cajon De Santa Ana, in the County of Orange, State
of California, by the Seventeenth District Judicial
Court, Case No. 1978 on February 2, 1874, Los
Angeles, California, described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the center line of the
Anaheim Ditch, South 810 15' 20" East, 412.00 feet
from the Northwest corner of the land conveyed by
Marcos Yorba to Angel Nabarro by deed recorded in
Book 55, Page 10 of Deeds, Records of Los Angeles
County, California; thence North 810 15' 20" West
along said center line 65.00 feet; thence South
00 33' 50" East, 476.06 feet; thence South 751 21'

00" East, 67.08 feet to a point which is South 0°
33' 50" East, 483.05 feet from the Point of Begin-
ning; thence North 00 33' 50" West 483.05 feet to
the Point of Beginning.
PARCEL 2:
That portion of the Third Class Lands of Felipe
Yorba by partition of the Rancho Cajon De Santa Ana,
in the County of Orange, State of California, by the
Seventeenth District Judicial Court, Case No. 1978
on February 2, 1874, Los Angeles, California lying
Southery of Parcel 1 above described and bounded as
follows:
On the North by the Southerly line of said Parcel 1;
On the East and West, by the Easterly and Westerly
lines of said Parcel 1 and their Southerly prolonga-
tions;
On the South by the Northerly line of the land described
in the Deed to the County of Orange, recorded February
9, 1968 in Book 8514, Page 568, Official Records of
said Orange County.
now is "RS -A-43,000" RESIDENTIAL/AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that
it be changed to and incorporated in "ML" LIMITED INDUSTRIAL
ZONE, upon the following condition:
That all engineering requirements of the City of
Anaheim such as curbs and gutters, sidewalks, street grading
and paving, drainage facilities, or other appurtenant work
shall be complied with as required by the City Engineer, and
in accordance with standard plans and specifications on file
in the Office of the City Engineer, at the time the property
is developed.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended and the property above-described shall be excluded
from the zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in
and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and
said City Zoning Map, as amended, is hereby adopted and the
City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning
map to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes
hereby approved and adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin,

a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage, it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 13thday of May, 1980.
