4150ORDINANCE NO. 415
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did adopt its Resolution
No. _ ng determining that a change or changes
in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and described should be
made as hereinafter set forth after a duly noticed hearing; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made as
conditions -precedent to the making of a change or changes of said
zone or zones, which conditions have been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as
follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to
wit:
Tract Map 10408 as shown in Book 475, pages 11 and 12
of Miscellaneous maps on file in the office of the
reo'order of Orange County, Calif.,
AND
Tract Map 10713 as shown in Book 475, pages 13 and 14
of Miscellaneoas maps on file in the office of the
recorder of Orange County, Calif.,
now is "RS-HS-43,000(SC)" RESIDENTIAL, SINGLE-FAMILY HILLSIDE (SCPNIC
CORRIDOR OVERLAY) ZONE and that it be changed to anti ind:<�r:ya:�ra�ey� i z
"RS-HS-10,000(SC)II R:ESIDEITIAL, SINGLE-FAMILY HILLSIDE (SCENIC
CORRIDOR OVERLAY) ZONE, subject to the following conditions:

1. That fire hydrants shall be installed and charged, as re-
quired and determined to be necessary by the Chief of the Fire
Department, prior to commencement of structural framing.
2. That subject property shall be served by underground
utilities.
3. That the owner of subject property shall pay to the City
of Anaheim the appro.o late park and recreation in -lieu fees as de-
termined to be appropriate by the City Council, said fees to be
paid at the time the building permit is issued.
4. That the developers of subject property shall pay the
traffic signal assessment fee (Council Policy No. 214) amounting to
$36.00 per each new dwelling unit prior to the issuance of a building
permit.
5. That Condition No. 2, above mentioned, shall be complied
with prior to final building and zoning inspections.
SECTION 2.
'!'he City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and made
a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City
Zoning Map, as amended, is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
Fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and cir-
culated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its
final passage, it shall take effect and be in Cull force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 5th day of August, 1980.

of said City Council held on the 5th day of August, 1980, by the following

NOES: COUNCIL MEMBERS: None
ABSENT: COUNCIL MEMBERS: Seymour
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor Pro Tem of the City of Anaheim signed
said Ordinance No. 4150 on the 5th day of August, 1980.
