Paloma Paredes of Hopper Engineering performed a structural observation on my behalf on August 141h, 2024. Separately on June 15C, 2024, Koury Engineering evaluated the site preparation prior to concrete being poured and sampled/tested the concrete mix, which meets (and exceeds) the required compressive strength. Upon review of the photos and other supporting documentation, I concur with the findings of both reports. The structural observation report form by Hopper Engineering and the inspector's report by Koury Engineering are both enclosed with this letter. Thank you for your consideration in this matter.
