Subject: Structural Observation Of Disney Halloween Faux Trees - BLD 2024-02445
This letter is to certify that 1, the Engineer of Record (EOR) for the Halloween
faux trees & footings, have reviewed the construction completed to date and no
deficiencies are observed.
Paloma Paredes of Hopper Engineering performed a structural observation
on my behalf on August 141h, 2024. Separately on June 15C, 2024, Koury Engineering
evaluated the site preparation prior to concrete being poured and sampled/tested the
concrete mix, which meets (and exceeds) the required compressive strength. Upon
review of the photos and other supporting documentation, I concur with the findings of
both reports. The structural observation report form by Hopper Engineering and the
inspector's report by Koury Engineering are both enclosed with this letter.
