AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did adopt its Resolution
No. PC80-1 determining that a change or changes
in the zone or zones hereina ter mentioned and described should be
made as hereinafter set forth after a duly noticed hearing; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made as
conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of said
zone or zones, which conditions have been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as
follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to
wit:
All that certain real property in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California being portions
of Lots 22 through 33, inclusive, Block A of the Center
Tract as per map recorded in Book 14, Page 13 of Mis-
cellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, California
together with those certain alleys in said Block A as
vacated by Resolution No. 79R-113, described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of
Anaheim Boulevard (formerly Los Angeles Street) (66.50
feet wide being 32.75 feet Northwesterly and 33.75 feet
Southeasterly of said centerline) with the monumented
survey line in Broadway (80.00 feet wide) as shown on
a Map of Survey filed in 3vok 86, Page 46 of Record of
Survey Maps, records of said orange County; thence
North 150 32' 05" Nest along said centerline of Anaheim
Boulevard, 239.98 feet; thence North 740 26' 46" East,
77.25 feet to a point on a line parallel with and 77.25
feet Easterly of said centerline, said point being the
True Point of Beginning of the land herein described;
thence South 150 32' 05" East along said parallel line,

149.67 feet to the beginning of a curve concave
Northeasterly and having a radius of 26.00 feet,
said curve also being tangent to a line parallel
with and 64.25 feet Northerly of said inonumented
survey line in Broadway; thence Southeasterly along
said curve through a central angle of 900 02' 55"
an arc distance of 40.86 feet to said last _mentioned
parallel line; thence North 740 25' 00" East, along
said parallel line 245.74 feet to the beginning of
a curve concave Northwesterly having a radius of
15.00 feet, said curve also being tangent to the West-
erly line of Claudina Street, 60.00 feet wide; thence
Northeasterly along said curve through a central angle
of 890 52' 01" an arc distance of 23.53 feet to said
Westerly line; thence North 150 27' 01" West, along
said Westerly line, 160.58 feet to a line bearing North
740 26' 46" East from the True Point of Beginning;
thence South 740 26' 46" West along last said line,
286.99 feet to the True Point of Beginning. Containing
an area of 1.152 acres more or less;
now is "CG" COMMERCIAL, GENERAL ZONE and that it be changed to
and incorporated in "CO" COMMERCIAL, OFFICE AND PROFESSIONAL ZONE,
subject to the following conditions:
1. That the proposed office building shall comply with all
signing requirements of the CO (Commercial, Office and Professional)
Zone.
2. That trash storage arias shall be provided in accorlance
with approved plans on file with the Office of the Executive
Director of Public Works.
3. That subject property shall be developed substantially in
accordance with plans and specifications on file with the City of
Anaheim ,narked Exhibit Nos. 1 through 7.
4. That Condition Nos. 1, 2 and 3, above-mentioned, shall
be complied with prior to final building and zoning inspections.
SECTION 2.
SEVERABILITY
The City Council of the City of Anaheim hereby declares
that should any section, paragraph, sentence or word of this chap-
ter of the Code, hereby adopted, be declared for any reason to be
invalid, it is the intent of the Council that it would have passed
all other portions of this chapter independent of the elimination
here' of any such portion as may be declared invalid.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this or-
dinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within fifteen
(15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper
of general circulation, printed, published and circulated in said
City, and thirty (30) days from and after its :Final passage, it
shall take effect and be in full force.

THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and adopted by the

of the City Council of the City of Anaheim, held on the 1st day of July,
1980, and that the same was duly passed and adopted at a regular meeting of
said City Council held on the 8th day of July, 1980, by the following vote
of the members thereof:
AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS: Overholt, Kaywood, Bay, Roth and Seymour
NOES: COUNCIL MEMBERS: None
ABSENT: COUNCIL MEMBERS: None
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of Anaheim signed said
Ordinance No. 4146 on the 8th day of July, 1980.
