AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did adopt its Resolution
No. 7q-Rn_19 determining that a change or changes
in the -zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and described should be
made as hereinafter set forth after a duly noticed hearing; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made as
conditions'precedent to the making of a change or changes of said
zone or zones, which conditions have been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as
follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to
wit:
The south 160 feet of the east one-half of the West one-
half of the Northeast quarter of the Southeast Quarter
of Section 15 township 4 South Range 11 West in the
Rancho Los Coyotes, City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, as per map recorded in book 51, page
11 of Miscellaneous Maps, in the office of the County
recorder of said County, lying Northerly of the West-
erly prolongation of the center line of Mungall Drive as
shown on a map of Tract No. 3591, as per map recorded in
book 133 pages 18 and 19 of Miscellaneous Maps, in the
office of the County recorder of said County. Excepting
the West 100 feet thereof,
now is in "RS -A-43,000" RESIDENTIAL, AGRIBULTURAL ZONE and that it
be changed to and incorporated in the "RM -1200" RESIDENTIAL,
MULTIPLE -FAMILY ZONE, subject to the following conditions:

1. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance
with approved plans on file with the Office of the Executive Director
of Public Works.
2. That fire hydrants shall be installed and charged as re-
quired and determined to be necessary by the Chief of the Fire
Department prior to commencement of structural framing.
3. That subject property shall be served by underground
utilities.
4. That drainage of subject property shall be disposed of
in a manner satisfactory to the City Engineer.
5. That the owner of subject property shall pay to the City
of Anaheim the appropriate park and recreation in -lieu fees as de-
termined to be appropriate by the City Council, said fees to be paid
at the time the building permit is issued.
6. That the owner of subject property shall pay the traffic
signal assessment fee (Ordinance No. 3896) in an amount as deter-
mined by the City Council, for each new dwelling unit prior to the
issuance of a building permit.
7. That the owner of subject property shall submit to and
have approved by the Planning Commission, revised plans for Special
Use Permit No. 79 which reflect the modified land use proposal
caused by this reclassification.
8. That Condition Nos. 1, 3, 4 and 7, above-mentioned, shall
be complied with prior to final building and zoning inspections.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Attorney be, and
he is hereby, authorized and directed to prepare and submit to
the City Council an ordinance amending Title 18 of the Anaheim
Municipal Code to accomplish the objects herein found and deter-
mined to be necessary and proper.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 7th day of October, 1980.

1980, and that the same was duly passed and adopted at a regular meeting of
said City Council held on the 7th day of October, 1980, by the following
vote of the members thereof:

NOES: COUNCIL MEMBERS: None
ABSENT: COUNCIL MEMBERS: Roth
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of Anaheim signed said
Ordinance No. 4168 on the 7th day of October, 1980.
