AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did adopt its Resolution
No. PC78_ 82 determining that a change or changes
in the zone or zones hereina ter mentioned and described should be
made as hereinafter set forth after a duly noticed hearing; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made as
conditions -precedent to the making of a change or changes of said
zone or zones, which conditions have been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as
follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to
wit:
The South 75 feet of Lot 10 of Tract No. 796, in the
City of Anaheim, as shown on a Map thereof recorded
in Book 24, Page 28, Miscellaneous Maps, records of
said Orange County; and Parcel l: The Northerly
43.5 feet of Lot 10 and the Southerly 31.5 feet of
Lot 9 of Tract No. 796, in the County of Orange, State
of California, as per map recorded in book 24, page 28
of Miscellaneous Maps, records of said County; and
Parcel 2: That portion of Lot 1 in Block A of Tract
No. 796, in the City of Anaheim as per map recorded in
book 24, page 28 of Miscellaneous Maps in the office
of the County Recorder of said County, adjoining Lots
9 and 10 of said Tract lying Southerly of the Westerly
prolongation of a line North of and parallel with the
m South line of Lot 9, 31.50 feet, except the South 75.00
feet thereof,
now is "RS -A-43,000" RESIDENTIAL/AGRICULTURAL ZONE and that it be
changed to and incorporated in "RM -1200" RESIDENTIAL, MULTIPLE -
FAMILY ZONE, subject to the following conditions:

1. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance
with approved plans on file with the Office of the Director of
Public Works.
2. That fire hydrants shall be installed and charged as re-
quired and determined to be necessary by the Chief of the Fire
Department prior to commencement of structural framing.
3. That subject property shall be served by underground
utilities.
4. That a 6 -foot masonry wall shall be constructed along the
west property lines.
5. That drainage of subject property shall be disposed of in
a manner satisfactory to the City Engineer.
6. That the owners of subject property shall pay to the City
of Anaheim the appropriate park and recreation in -lieu fees as de-
termined to be appropriate by the City Council, said fees to be paid
at the time the building permit is issued.
7. That the owners of subject property shall pay the traffic
signal assessment fee (Council Policy No. 214) amounting to $36.00
per each new dwelling unit prior to the issuance of a building permit.
8. That Condition Nos. 1, 3, 4 and 8, above-mentioned, shall
be complied with prior to final building and zoning inspections.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and made
a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City
Zoning Map, as amended, is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and cir-
culated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its
final passage, it shall take effect and be in full force.

THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 10th day of March, 1981.

said City Council held on the 10th day of March, 1981, by the following

AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of Anaheim signed said
Ordinance No. 4210 on the 10th day of March, 1981.
