4218ORDINANCE NO. 4218
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution No.
70R-164 determining that a change or changes in the
zone or zones ereinafter mentioned and described should be made
as hereinafter set forth after duly noticed hearings and receipt
of the report and recommendation of the City Planning Commission;
and
WHEREAS, said Resolution did impose certain conditions
and requirements precedent to the adoption of an ordinance chang-
ing said zone or zones, which conditions and requirements have
been satisfied.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as
follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to
wit:
That portion of .Lot 4 of the Travis Tract, in the
City of Anaheim, in the Rancho Santiago de Santa Ana,
as shown on a map thereof, recorded in book 5, page
120, Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County,
California, described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the center line of Douglass
Street as described in the deed to the County of
Orange recorded October 7, 1926 in book 682, page
109, Deeds, said point being located 400.02 feet
North 0° 04' 30" West from the intersection of said
_ center line with the center line of Struck Avenue,
running thence North 0° 04' 30" West 164.45 feet
along the center line of said Douglass Street; thence
South 89° 32' 10" East 543.99 feet along a line paral-
lel with the said center line of Struck Avenue to a
point in the East line of said Lot 4; thence South
0° 14' 10" West 46.13 feet along the said East line of
Lot 4; thence South 18° 08' 50" West 124.18 feet;
thence North 890 32' 10" West 504.91 feet to the point
of beginning,

now is "RS -A-43,000" RESIDENTIAL/AGRICULTURAL ZONE and that it be
changed to and incorporated in "ML" INDUSTRIAL, LIMITED ZONE,
subject to the following conditions:
1. That all engineering requirements of the City of Anaheim
such as curbs and gutters, sidewalks, street grading and paving,
drainage facilities, or other appurtenant work shall be complied
with as required by the City Engineer and in accordance with stand-
ard plans and specifications on file in the Office of the City
Engineer at the time the property is developed.
2. That the owner of subject property shall install street
lighting on all streets within the area, as required by the Director
of Public Utilities, at the time the property is developed.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated and incorporated .in and made
a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City
Zoning Map, as amended, is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and cir-
culated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its
final passage, it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 14th day of April, 1981
