AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution No.
75R-96 determining that a change or changes in the
zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and described should be -made
as hereinafter set forth after duly noticed hearings and receipt
of the report and recommendation of the City Planning Commission;
and
WHEREAS, said Resolution did impose certain conditions
and requirements precedent to the adoption of an ordinance chang-
ing said zone or zones, which conditions and requirements have
been satisfied.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as
follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to
wit:
THAT PORTION OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF THE NORTH-
WEST QUARTER OF SECTION 24, BEING A PORTION OF LOT
41 IN TOWNSHIP 4 SOUTH, RANGE 10 WEST, IN THE RANCHO
SAN JUAN CAJON DE SANTA ANA, IN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM,
COUNTY OF ORANGE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AS PER MAP
THEREOF RECORDED IN BOOK 2 PAGES 256 AND 257 OF
PATENTS OF LOS ANGELES COUNTY, CALIFORNIA, DESCRIBED
AS FOLLOWS:
BEGINNING AT A POINT 615.38 FEET EAST OF THE NORTH-
WEST CORNER OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF THE NORTHWEST
QUARTER OF SAID SECTION 24; THENCE SOUTH 1212.75 TO
THE NORTHERLY LINE OF THE SOUTHERN PACIFIC RAILROAD
RIGHT OF WAY; THENCE NORTH 76° 26' EAST 104.48 FEET
ALONG SAID RIGHT OF WAY TO THE EAST BOUNDARY OF THE
RANCHO SAN JUAN CAJON DE SANTA ANA; THENCE NORTH 29°

00' EAST 1262.58 FEET TO STATION S.E.A. 67; THENCE
NORTH 410 EAST 104.48 FEET, MORE OR LESS, TO THE NORTH
LINE OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER
OF SAID SECTION; THENCE WEST 779.06 FEET TO THE POINT
OF BEGINNING.
EXCEPT THEREFROM THAT PORTION LYING SOUTHEASTERLY OF
THE NORTHWESTERLY LINE OF THAT CERTAIN STRIP OF LAND
60.00 FEET WIDE, AS DESCRIBED IN PARCEL Y-3 109, IN
THE FINAL ORDER OF CONDEMNATION, RECORDED SEPTEMBER
11, 1972 IN BOOK 10319 PAGE 875 OF OFFICIAL RECORDS,
now is "RS -A-43,000" RESIDENTIAL/AGRICULTURAL ZONE and that it
be changed to and incorporated in "ML" LIMITED INDUSTIRAL ZONE,
subject to the following conditions:
1. That all engineering requirements of the City of Anaheim
such as curbs and gutters, sidewalks, street grading and paving,
drainage facilities, or other appurtenant work shall be complied
with as required by the City Engineer and in accordance with
standard plans and specifications on file in the Office of the
City Engineer; that the owner(s) of subject property shall install
street lighting on all streets within the area as required by the
Director of Public Utilities; and that a bond in an amount and
form satisfactory to the City of Anaheim shall be posted with the
City to guarantee the installation of the above-mentioned
requirements.
2. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance
with approved plans on file with the Office of the Director of
Public Works.
3. That fire hydrants shall be installed and charged as
required and determined to be necessary by the Chief of the Fire
Department prior to commencement of structural framing.
4. That subject property shall be served by underground
utilities.
5. That drainage of subject property shall be disposed of
in a manner satisfactory to the City Engineer.
6. That Condition No. 1, above-mentioned, shall be complied
with prior to the issuance of a building permit.
7. That Condition Nos. 2, 4 and 5, above-mentioned, shall
be complied with prior to .final building and zoning inspections.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and made
a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City
Zoning Map, as amended, is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.

SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and cir-
culated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its
final passage, it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 29th day of September,
1981.
