AN ORDINANCE OF THE
ING TITLE 18 OF THE
RELATING TO ZONING.
CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND -
ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did adopt its Resolution
No. PC81-200 determining that a change or changes
in the zone or zones herei.na ter mentioned and described should be
made as hereinafter set forth after a duly noticed hearing; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made as
conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of said
zone or zones, which conditions have been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as
follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to
wit:
The East half of the East half of the Southeast
quarter of the Southeast quarter and the East 8
feet of the West half of the East half of the
Southeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of
Section 14, in Township 4 South, Range 11 West,
in the Rancho Los Coyotes, as shown on a map
thereof recorded in Book 51, page 7, et seq.,
Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County;
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the South 729 feet thereof;
ALSO EXCEPTING the North 481 feet thereof; ALSO
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the East 40 feet thereof,
be changed to "CL" COMMERCIAL, LIMITED ZONE, subject to the
following conditions:
1. That sidewalks shall be installed along Beach Boulevard
as required by the City Engineer and in accordance with standard
plans and specifications on file in the Office of the City Engineer.
2. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance
with approved plans on file with the Office of the Executive
Director of Public Works.

3. That fire hydrants shall be installed and charged as
required and determined to be necessary by the Chief of the Fire
Department prior to commencement of structural framing.
4. That subject property shall be served by underground
utilities.
5. That a 6 -foot high masonry block wall shall be constructed
(from the highest point of grade) along the west property line.
6. That drainage of subject property shall be disposed of
in a manner satisfactory to the City Engineer.
7. That the owners of subject property shall pay the traffic
signal assessment .fee (Ordinance No. 3896) in an amount as deter-
mined by the City Council, for commercial buildings prior to the
issuance of a building permit.
8. That the existing driveway shall be removed and replaced
with a standard curb, gutter and sidewalk.
9. That subject property shall be developed substantially
in accordance with plans and specifications on file with the City
of Anaheim marked Revision No. 2 of Exhibit Nos. 1 through 3; pro-
vided, however, that kitchen efficiency units may be installed in
no more than 250 of the units, with a maximum of 6 cubic foot
refrigerators; two -burner stoves, excluding oven and baking facili-
ties; and single compartment sinks; except that the manager's unit
will be allowed to have full kitchen facilities.
10. That Condition Nos. 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 8, and 9, above-
mentioned, shall be complied with prior to final building and zoning
inspections.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and made
a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City
Zoning Map, as amended, is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and cir-
culated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its
final passage, it shall take effect and be in full force.

of said City Council held on the 9th day of February, 1982, by the
following vote of the members thereof:

AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of Anaheim signed said
