AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did adopt its Resolution
No. 62R-335 & 66R-634 determining that a change or changes
in the zone or zones hereina ter mentioned and described should be
made as hereinafter set forth after a duly noticed hearing; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made as
conditions'precedent to the making of a change or changes of said
zone or zones, which conditions have been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as
follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to
wit:
THAT PORTION OF LOT 1 OF FRACTIONAL SECTION 5, TOWNSHIP
4 SOUTH, RANGE 9 WEST, SAN BERNARDINO MERIDIAN, ACCORD-
ING TO THE OFFICIAL PLAT OF SAID LAND FILED IN THE
DISTRICT LAND OFFICE ON MARCH 23, 1875, DESCRIBED AS
FOLLOWS:
BEGINNING AT THE INTERSECTION OF THE NORTHERLY LINE OF
SAID LOT 1, WITH THE NORTHEASTERLY LINE OF THAT CERTAIN
FINAL ORDER OF CONDEMNATION, SUPERIOR COURT CASE NO.
161264, A CERTIFIED COPY OF WHICH WAS RECORDED APRIL 1,
1970 IN BOOK 9253, PAGE 726 OF OFFICIAL RECORDS OF ORANGE
COUNTY, CALIFORNIA, SAID NORTHEASTERLY LINE BEING A NON -
TANGENT CURVE CONCAVE SOUTHWESTERLY, HAVING A RADIUS OF
1260.00 FEET, A RADIAL LINE OF SAID CURVE PASSING THROUGH
SAID INTERSECTION BEARS NORTH 45 DEGREES 48' 51" EAST;
THENCE SOUTHEASTERLY ALONG SAID NORTHEASTERLY LINE AND
ALONG THE NORTHEASTERLY LINE OF THE LAND DESCRIBED IN
DEED TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM, RECORDED JULY 30, 1976 IN
BOOK 11833, PAGE 1411 OF SAID OFFICIAL RECORDS, THROUGH
A CENTRAL ANGLE OF 16 DEGREES 17' 01" AN ARC DISTANCE OF
ATTY-28 -1- 61-62-69(96)
358.10 FEET TO THE BEGINNING OF A REVERSE CURVE CONCAVE
NORTHERLY, HAVING A RADIUS OF 25.00 FEET; THENCE CONTINU-
ING ALONG THE BOUNDARY OF SAID LAST MENTIONED LAND,
EASTERLY ALONG SAID REVERSE CURVE THROUGH A CENTRAL
ANGLE OF 139 DEGREES 33' 24" AN ARC DISTANCE OF 60.89
FEET TO THE BEGINNING OF A COMPOUND CURVE CONCAVE WEST-
ERLY, HAVING A RADIUS OF 3160.00 FEET; THENCE CONTINU-
ING ALONG SAID BOUNDARY, NORTHERLY THROUGH A CENTRAL
ANGLE OF 04 DEGREES 02' 00" AN ARC DISTANCE OF 222.45
FEET TO THE WESTERLY LINE OF THE EASTERLY 20.00 FEET OF
SAID LOT 1; THENCE ALONG SAID WESTERLY LINE, NORTH O1

LOT 1; THENCE ALONG SAID NORTHERLY :LINE, SOUTH 89 DEGREES
08' 55" WEST 298.85 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING,
be changed to "ML" INDUSTRIAL, LIMITED ZONE, subject to the following
conditions:
1. That all engineering requirements of the City of Anaheim,
such as curbs and gutters, sidewalks, street grading and paving,
drainage facilities, or other appurtenant work shall be complied
with as required by the City Engineer and in accordance with stand-
ard plans and specifications on file in the Office of the City
Engineer at the time the property is developed.
2. That the owner of the property shall pay to the City of
Anaheim the appropriate fee as determined by the City for street
lighting purposes, said amount to be paid at the time the property
is developed.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and made
a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City
Zoning Map, as amended, is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and cir-
culated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its
final passage, it shall take effect and be in full force.

THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 13th day of April, 1982.

1982, and that the same was duly passed and adopted at a regular meeting
of said City Council held on the 13th day of April, 1982, by the following
vote of the members thereof:

NOES: COUNCIL MEMBERS: None
ABSENT: COUNCIL MEMBERS: Seymour
