AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution No.
71R-220 determining that a change or changes in the
zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and described should be -made
as hereinafter set forth after duly noticed hearings and receipt
of the report and recommendation of the City Planning Commission;
and
WHEREAS, said Resolution did impose certain conditions
and requirements precedent to the adoption of an ordinance chang-
ing said zone or zones, which conditions and requirements have
been satisfied.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as
follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to
wit:
That portion of the third class land allotted to Ynez
Yorba de Cota, in the final decree of partition of the
Rancho Canon de Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of
California, rendered in case no. 1978 of the 17th
Judicial District Court of California, a certified copy
of which decree was recorded February 8, 1874 in book
28, page 158 of deeds, in the office of the County
Recorder of the County of Los Angeles, State of
California, and a portion of Lot 5 in Tract No. 925, as
per map recorded in book 29, pages 42, 43 and 44 of
Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California,
described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of La
Palma Avenue, 106.00 feet wide, as described in the ease-
ment deed to the County of Orange recorded July 12, 1967
in book 8308, page 472 of Official Records, records of
said County, with the Westerly line of said third class

land; thence North 89° 48' 10" East along said center-
line, 430.00 feet to the true point of beginning; said
point being the Northeasterly corner of that certain
land described in deed to Tempo Computers, Inc., recorded
August 25, 1972 in book 10293, page 101 of Official
Records of said Orange County, thence continuing along
�-- said centerline, North 89° 48' 10" East 424.85 feet to
the West line of said Lot 5, thence along said West line
South 01° 04' 31" West 53.00 feet to the Southerly line
of La Palma Avenue, as described in deed to the County
of Orange, recorded November 10, 1967 in book 8432, page
316 of Official Records; thence along said Southerly
line, North 89° 48' 10" East 165.03 feet and Easterly
along a tangent curve concave Northwesterly having a
radius of 2053.0 feet through a central angle of 06° 06'
56" an arc distance of 219.13 _feet to the most Northerly
Northwest corner of that certain land described in deed
to Southern California Edison Company, recorded November
3, 1972 in book 10409, page 438 of said Official Records;
thence along the boundary of said last mentioned land,
South 01 degree 02' 44" West 794.56 feet and South 81°
52' 49" West 388.80 feet to a point in the Westerly line
of said Lot 5, said point being the Northeasterly corner
of that certain land described in parcel 1 in deed to
Southern California Edison Company, recorded December 30,
1965 in book 7792, page 153 of said Official Records;
thence along the Northerly line of said last mentioned
land, South 81° 58' 33" West 178.86 feet and North 810
27' 52" West 230.57 feet to the Southeasterly corner of
said land of Tempo Computers Inc., thence along the
Easterly line of said land, North 00° 11' 50" West 878.66
feet to the true point of beginning,
be changed to "ML(SC)" LIMITED INDUSTRIAL (SCENIC CORRIDOR OVERLAY)
ZONE, subject to the following conditions:
1. That all engineering requirements of the City of Anaheim,
such as curbs and gutters, sidewalks, street grading and paving,
drainage facilities, or other appurtenant work shall be complied
with as required by the City Engineer and in accordance with stand-
ard plans and specifications on file in the Office of the City
Engineer at the time the property is developed.
2. That the owners of subject property shall install street
lighting on all streets within the area as required by the Director
of Public Utilities at the time the property is developed.
3. That drainage of subject property shall be disposed of in
a manner satisfactory to the City Engineer.
4. That subject property shall be served by underground
utilities.

SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and made
a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City
Zoning Map, as amended, is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and cir-
culated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its
.final passage, it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 4th day of May, 1982.
