AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did adopt its Resolution
No. PC82-14 determining that a change or changes
in the zone or zones hereina ter mentioned and described should be
made as hereinafter set forth after a duly noticed hearing; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made as
conditions'precedent to the making of a change or changes of said
zone or zones, which conditions have been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundar.ies of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as
follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to
wit:
PARCEL 4, IN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM, COUNTY OF ORANGE,
STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AS SHOWN ON PARCEL MAP NO.
80-232, FILED IN BOOK 150, PAGES 7 TO 11, INCLUSIVE
OF PARCEL MAPS, IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY RECORDER
OF SAID COUNTY,
be changed to "RM -3000" RESIDENTIAL/MULTIPLE-FAMILY ZONE, subject
to the following conditions:
1. That sidewalks shall be installed along Romneya Drive as
required by the City Engineer and in accordance with standard
plans and specifications on file in the Office of the City
Engineer.
2. That any entrance security gates shall be controlled by
a numerical sequence reader, as specified by Streets and
Sanitation Division of the Public Works Department.

3. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance
with approved plans on file with the Office of the Executive
Director of Public Works.
4. That fire hydrants shall be installed and charged as
required and determined to be necessary by the Chief of the Fire
Department prior to commencement of structural framing.
5. That subject property shall be served by underground
utilities.
6. That drainage of subject property shall be disposed of
in a manner satisfactory to the City Engineer.
7. That the owner of subject property shall pay to the City
of Anaheim the appropriate park and recreation in -lieu fees as
determined to be appropriate by the City Council, said fees to be
paid at the time the building permit is issued.
8. That all private streets shall be developed in accord-
ance with the City ofd Anaheim's Standard Detail No. 122 for
private streets, including installation of street name signs.
Plans for the private street lighting, as required by the standard
detail, shall be submitted to the Building Division for approval
and inclusion with the building plans prior to the issuance of
building permits. (Private streets are those which provide pri-
mary access and/or circulation within the project.)
9. That the owner(s) of subject property shall pay the
traffic signal assessment fee (Ordinance No. 3896) in an amount as
determined by the City Council, for each new dwelling unit prior
to the issuance of a building permit.
10. That appropriate water assessment fees as determined by
the Office of Utilities General Manager shall be paid to the City
of Anaheim prior to the issuance of a building permit.
11. Prior to issuance of building permits, the applicant
shall present evidence satisfactory to the Chief Building
Inspector that the units will be in conformance with Noise
Insulation Standards specified in the California Administrative
Code, Title 25.
12. Prior to issuance of building permits, the applicant
shall present evidence satisfactory to the Chief Building
Inspector that the proposed project is in conformance with Council
Policy Number 542, Sound Attenuation in Residential Projects.
13. That subject property shall be developed substantially
in accordance with plans and specifications on file with the City
of Anaheim marked Exhibit Nos. 1 through 5.
14. That Condition Nos. 1, 3, 5, 6 and 13, above-mentioned,
shall be complied with prior to final building and zoning inspec-
tions.

SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from the
zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and made a part
of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City Zoning Map,
as amended, is hereby adopted and the City Engineer is hereby
directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added to the City
Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within fifteen
(15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of
general circulation, printed, published and circulated in said City,
and thirty (30) days from and after its final passage, it shall take
effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 26th day of October, 1982.

City Council held on the 26th day of October, 1982, by the following vote of
