NB Engineering performed an observation for a residential building at 790 Bunting Ct,
Anaheim, CA 92808
This report consists of a field observation of the property as well as the opinions based
on our findings. The field observation was initially performed on September 6, 2024. The
owner was present during the observation.
This report is intended to focus primarily on the existing roof framing that were visible
and accessible at the time of inspection. Our opinions are based on generally accepted
practices and professional experience with similar conditions. This report may not be
construed as a guarantee or warranty of the performance of the structure under future
adverse circumstances.
Based on our observation, the existing roof framing is a conventional wood framing with
rafters and ceiling joists. The roof sheathing is plywood. The roof framing is structurally
sound at the time of observation. Foundation was not observed. It is our opinion the
reroofing is OK with the same weight as the existing roofing material.
