AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELAT-
ING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did adopt its
Resolution No. PC79-131 determining that a change or changes in
the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and described should be
made as hereinafter set forth after a duly noticed hearing; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made
as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of
said zone or zones, which conditions have been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to
Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the bound-
aries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a sec-
tional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as
follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to
wit:
That portion of the Jonathan Watson Tract, as shown on
a map filed in Book 2, page 26-1/2 of Record of
Surveys, in the office of the County Recorder of Orange
County, California; and that portion of Lot 21, Block
36 of the Yorba Linda Tract, as shown on a map recorded
May 17, 1918, Miscellaneous Maps, records of said
Orange County; and that portion of the land allotted to
Josefa Montalvo De Serrano, as adminstratrix of Leandro
Serrano, deceased, as described in the Final Decree of
Partition of the Rancho Santiago De Santa Ana, which
was entered August 12, 1868 in Book B, page 410 of
Judgements of the District Court of the 17th Judicial
District in and for Los Angeles County, California,
described as follows: Beginning at the northeasterly
corner of the land described in deed to Orange Unified
School District of Orange County, recorded October 7,
1965 in Book 7694, page 771, Official Records, being a
point in that certain boundary line described in that
certain agreement between Arthur Lemke and others and
C.V. Chambers and others, recorded December 26, 1951 in
Book 2267, page 513, Official Records; thence S 73

degrees 42' 10" W along the northerly line of said land
described in deed to Orange Unified School District
245.92 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve in said
northerly line, concave northerly having a radius of
1000.00 feet; thence Westerly along said curve through
a central angle of 6 degrees 46' 27" an arc distance of
118.23 feet to a line tangent; thence S 80 degrees 28'
37" W along said line tangent and along said northerly
line 127.94 feet to a point in the westerly line of the
land described in deed to C.V. Chambers and others
recorded April 25, 1946 in Book 1404, page 465,
Official Records; thence N 9 degrees 31' 23" W along
said westerly line 785.10 feet to the northwest corner
of said land of Chambers; thence N 69 degrees 58' 47" E
along the northerly line of said land of Chambers
496.94 feet to the northerly terminus of said boundary
line described in said agreement; thence S 9 degrees
37' 24" E along said boundary line 839.65 feet to the
point of beginning,
be changed to "PR(SC)" PUBLIC RECREATIONAL (SCENIC CORRIDOR
OVERLAY) ZONE, subject to the following conditions:
1. That trash storage areas shall be provided in
accordance with approved plans on file with the Office of the
Director of Public Works.
2. That fire hydrants shall be installed and charged as
required and determined to be necessary by the Chief of the Fire
Department prior to commencement of structural framing.
3. That Condition No. 1, above-mentioned, shall be
complied with prior to final building and zoning inspections.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and made
a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City
Zoning Map, as amended, is hereby adopted and the City Engineer is
hereeby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added to
the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved andedopted.
SECTION 3. CERTIFICATION
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within fif-
teen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin, a
newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circula-
ted in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final
passage, it shall take effect and be in full force.
