AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELAT-
ING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution No.
71R-220 determining that a change or changes in the zone or zones
hereinafter mentioned and described should be made as hereinafter
set forth after a duly noticed hearing; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made
as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of
said zone or zones, which conditions have been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to
Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the bound-
aries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a sec-
tional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as
follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to
wit:
THE LAND REFERRED TO IN THIS POLICY IS SITUATED IN THE
STATE OF CALIFORNIA, COUNTY OF ORANGE, AND IS DESCRIBED
AS FOLLOWS:
THAT PORTION OF LOT 35 AS SHOWN ON A LICENSED
SURVEYOR'S MAP FILED IN BOOK 1, PAGE 26 OF RECORD OF
SURVEYS, IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY RECORDER OF SAID
COUNTY, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
COMMENCING AT A POINT ON THE WEST LINE OF SAID LOT 35,
SAID POINT BEARING NORTH 3 DEGREES 36' WEST ALONG SAID
LOT LINE, 843.02 FEET FROM THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID
LOT 35; THENCE NORTH 3 DEGREES 36' WEST, 195.92 FEE TO
AN INTERSECTION WITH THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID LAND
DESCRIBED IN DEED TO SANTA FE LAND IMPROVEMENT COMPANY
RECORDED APRIL 6, 1910, IN BOOK 178, PAGE 28 OF DEEDS,
RECORDS OF SAID COUNTY; THENCE EASTERLY ALONG SAID
SOUTH LINE OF THE ABOVE DESCRIBED MENTIONED LAND,
778.47 FEET TO AN INTERSECTION WITH THE WEST LINE OF

BLOCK 44 OF RICHFIELD AS SHOWN ON SAID MAP; THENCE SOUTH
PARALLEL WITH THE EAST LINE OF SAID LOT 35, 201.60 FEET;
THENCE WEST 765.29 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
EXCEPT THE NORTHERLY 85.00 FEET THEREOF,
be changed to "ML" INDUSTRIAL, LIMITED ZONE, subject to the
following conditions:
1. That all engineering requirements of the City of
Anaheim, such as curbs and gutters, sidewalks, street grading and
paving, drainage facilities, or other appurtenant work shall be
complied with as required by the City Engineer and in accordance
with standard plans and specifications on file in the Office of
the City Engineer at the time the property is developed.
2. That the owners of subject property shall install
street lighting on all streets within the area as required by the
Director of Public Utilities at the time the property is
developed.
3. That drainage of subject property shall be disposed of
in a manner satisfactory to the City Engineer.
4. That subject property shall be served by underground
utilities.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and made
a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City
Zoning Map, as amended, is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3. CERTIFICATION
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within fif-
teen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin, a
newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circula-
ted in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final
passage, it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 29tD, day of March, 1983.
