ORDINANCE NO. 4452
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELAT-
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did adopt its Resolution
No. PC78-262 determining that a change or changes in the zone or
zones hereinafter mentioned and described should be made as herein-
after set forth after a duly noticed hearing; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made as
conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of said
zone or zones, which conditions have been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to
Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a
sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as
follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit:
That portion of Lot 7, Block 35 of the Yorba Linda
Tract in the County of Orange, State of California as
per map recorded in Book 5, Pages 17, 18 of
Miscellaneous Maps in the office of the County Recorder
of said County and that portion of land allotted to F.
Yorba according to a a map attached to and made part of
Decree of Partition of the Rancho Canon de Santa Ana
rendered in Case No 1978 of the 17th. Judicial District
Court of California, a certified copy of which is re-
corded in Book 218, Page 158 of Deeds in the office of
the County Recorder of Los Angeles County, located in
the County of Orange, STATE OF California, described as
follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of Tract
No. 6733 in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, as
per map recorded in Book 337, Pages 13 & 14 of
Miscellaneous Maps in the office of the County Recorder
of said County; thence S 40 38' 57" E 266.04 feet to a
pint on the Westerly line of said Tract, said point
being the intersection of the Easterly prolongation of
the Southerly line of Lot 7, Block 35 of said Yorba
Linda Tract; thence Westerly along said Southerly line
N 800 38' 08" W 187.36 feet to a point on a line
parallel with and distant 50..00 feet Easterly of the
Centerline of Lakeview Avenue as said Centerline is
described in Deed recorded in Book 9112, Pages 690 to
695 inclusive, records of said County, said point being
on a curve concave Northwesterly and having a radius of
1150.00 feet, a radial line to said point bears N 740
10' 43" W; thence Northeasterly along said parallel
line and along said curve 158.57 feet through a central
angle of 71 54' 02"; thence tangent to said curve N 230
43' 19" E 97.70 feet to the Westerly prolongation of
the Northerly line of said Tract No. 6733; thence S 860
51' 09" E along said prolongated line 70.50 feet to the
point of beginning.,
be changed to "RS -5000" (Residential, Single-Family/Zone, subject to
the following conditions:
1. That sidewalks shall be installed along Bubach Street as
required by the City Engineer and in accordance with standard plans
and specifications on file in the Office of the City Engineer.
2. That fire hydrants shall be installed and charged as re-
quired and determined to be necessary by the Chief of the Fire
Department prior to commencement of structural framing..
3. That the owner(s) of subject property shall pay appropriate
drainage assessment fees to the City of Anaheim as determined by the
City Engineer prior to issuance of a building permit.
4. That the owner(s) of subject property shall pay the traffic
signal assessment fee in an amount as established by the City Council
prior to the issuance of a building permit.
5. That Condition No. 1, above-mentioned,ed shall be complied
with prior to final building and zoning inspections..
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from the
zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and made a part
of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City Zoning Map, as
amended, is hereby adopted and the City Engineer is hereby directed
to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added to the City Zoning Map
showing the changes hereby approved and adopted.
SECTION 3. CERTIFICATION
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this or-
dinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within fifteen
(15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of
general circulation, printed, published and circulated in said City,
and thirty (30) days from and after its final passage, it shall take
effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 27th day of September, 1983.
