AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELAT-
ING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution No.
71R-220 determining that a change or changes in the zone or zones
hereinafter mentioned and described should be made as hereinafter
set forth after a duly noticed hearing; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made
as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of
said zone or zones, which conditions have been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to
Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a
sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as
follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to
wit:
Parcel 1:
Block 44 of the town of Richfield, in the County of
Orange, State of California, as shown on a map filed in
Book 1 Page 26 of Record of Surveys in the Office of the
County Recorder of Orange County, California.
Excepting therefrom that portion thereof lying northerly
of the southerly lines of Parcel No. E4-202 and Parcel
No E4-202.1 in deed to Orange County Flood Contol
District recorded July 12, 1962 in Book 6174 Page 966
Official Records.
Parcel 2:
That portion of Lot 35 of Hazard's subdivision, in the
County of Orange, State of California as shown on a map
filed in Book 1 Page 26 of Record of Surveys of said
Orange County, described as follows:
Reclass.. No. 70-71-47 (31)
Beginning at the southwest corner of Block 44 of the
town of Richfield as shown on said map, running thence
south and parallel top the easterly line of said Lot 35,
218.22 feet to the northwest corner of the land conveyed
by Stern Realty Company to B. F. Christner, et al., by
deed recorded in Book 340 Page 3341 of Deeds, Records of
said. Orange County; thence easterly along the northerly
line of said land conveyed to B. F. Christner, et al.,
850 feet to a point in the easterly line of said Lot 35;
thence northerly along the easterly line of said Lot 35,
218.22 feet to the southeast corner of said Block 44,
thence westerly along the southerly line of said Block
44, 850 feet to the point of beginning,
be changed to "ML" INDUSTRIAL LIMITED ZONE, subject to the following
conditions:
1. That all engineering requrements of the City of Anaheim,
such as curbs and gutters, sidewalks, steet grading and paving,
drainage facilities, or other appurtenant work shall be complied
with as required by the City Engineer and in accordance with
standard plans and specifications on file in the Office of the City
Engineer, at the time the property is developed.
2. That the owners of subject property shall install street
lighting on all streets within the area as required by the Director
of Public Utilities, at the time the property is developed.
3. That drainage of subject property shall be disposed of in a
manner satisfactory to the City Engineer.
4. That subject property shall be served by underground
utilities.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from the
zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and made a part
of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City Zoning Map,
as amended, is hereby adopted and the City Engineer is hereby
directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added to the City
Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and adopted.
SECTION 3. CERTIFICATION
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within fifteen
(15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of
general circulation, printed, published and circulated in said City,
and thirty (30) days from and after its final passage, it shall take
effect and be in full force.
