Do not click links or open a?achments unless you recognize the sender and are expec?ng the message. Hello. Here are my thoughts. This development is NOT an enhancement to Anaheim Hills. It is a detriment. Anaheim Hills was designed at its incep?on to be this li?le enclave in the city of Anaheim. But it is s?ll a part of Anaheim! Yes, it is different than the rest of Anaheim. Yes, it is more expensive in general. But that is a result of building in the hills. Grading and stabiliza?on of those hills comes at a price tag. And the views obviously demand higher prices. But please do not feel like you are needing to punish Anaheim Hills for that fact! Anaheim Hills was purposefully and inten?onally designed the way it is as laid out in the master plan! Do not let this developer strong arm you into changing that plan. Please Stay the course. Don’t let this catastrophic development be your legacy! It can be the Poster child for wrecking Anaheim Hills. Do you want to be remembered for that? I sure hope not. I urge you to deny it and show that stuff s?ll ma?ers. There are plenty of areas within Anaheim that are blighted or run down a bit and this development, if placed there, would surely increase the property values and be an asset to the neighborhood. There are plenty of high rise apartments similar to this proposal elsewhere in the city where this would not so obviously be out of place! This is an albatross and will bring down our neighborhood. This development will decrease nearby property values and add more traffic into a very overcrowded area. Forget about the traffic and fire evacua?on issues for a minute. This is just out of character for this area. To not see that is u?erly amazing to me. I understand the poli?cal climate these days and the need for more affordable housing in CA, but this doesn’t happen to address that at all. This is a luxury apartment complex! This isn’t solving any housing shortage problems at all! It is just disrup?ng and wrecking a quiet sleepy area in Anaheim. I urge the Anaheim city council to vote for what is best for the city of Anaheim and Deny this development. Thank you for truly listening. Rick Pollgreen Anaheim CA. 92807 1
