Do not click links or open a?achments unless you recognize the sender and are expec?ng the message. I am unable to a?end the mee?ng at night as I generally do not drive at night. I grew up in Anaheim, am an Anaheim High School graduate, raised my kids in Anaheim Hills and they all a?ended public school here. I have been in my current home almost 40 years. I have come close to being evacuated several ?mes, had “ash” rain on my home, experienced bad air quality from fires, dealt with earthquake damage and wind damage from the strong Santa Ana winds over the years. The ill advised development has many flaws. PLEASE DO NOT REZONE. There is a reason for lower density in that par?cular parcel where it is designated “high fire”. Between all the grading that they propose, building retaining walls that may have bad repercussions in the future, removal of 70 full-grown trees — this alone should be a warning of how the ground may be affected. Santa Ana Canyon Road curves just past the area — a traffic light will not help nor will adding lanes. It will probably end up with more accidents. We have a part-?me police substa?on in the area and one fire sta?on. This project as well as the proposed 400 units going in less than two miles away in Fes?val Center (where the Regal Cinemas were) are way too much. No new school, no new park, improved bus lines? — should also be addressed. The 91 freeway is a major artery. The traffic that overflows to our streets cannot handle much more. PLEASE do not agree to a high density project in a dangerous place that will endanger all of us. Thank you. 1
