Traffic has progressively go?en worse and worse. As we all know living in this area, Santa Ana Canyon, Serrano, and Imperial Hwy are now primary commuter routes for non residents commu?ng through our area to get to other areas because the freeway traffic has go?en much worse also. California's rental occupancy allows up to five people per two bedroom apartment. If we only take an average of 3 per unit ( being conserva?ve even though high rental prices will greatly raise that number) that is an addi?onal 1494 residents and 1494 cars minimum (not what the structure will hold). If there are children, which we know there will be, what schools will they con?nue to overcrowd. There will definitely have to be a street signal installed which will slow traffic in both direc?ons even more. This project is very similar to the Anaheim Hills Montessori School at Fairmont and Santa Ana Canyon. We were PROMISED by the city of Anaheim only one story would be approved when the nursery was removed. Thanks to the corrup?on of ANAHEIM’s city council and building permit employees, a three story school was put in which has greatly affected our traffic. Adding more houses, more cars and more ?me to evacua?ons is selfish on the city’s part. Please do the right thing for the families and community of Anaheim Hills. Thank you for your ?me.
