Learn why this is important Warning: This email originated from outside the City of Anaheim. Do not click links or open attachments unless you recognize the sender and are expecting the message. I am opposed to this development for the following reasons: I’ve have been a resident of Anaheim Hills for over 10 years. For the past 4 years I have been working from home and over the past year and a half or so if I have errands to run, I make sure I do them earlier in the day as the tra?ic on Santa Ana Canyon road between Imperial Highway and Weir Canyon becomes heavily congested around 2:30pm through 6:30pm or even later if the congestion on the 91 freeway is gridlocked. Serrano is just as bad as these two roads become heavily traveled when the 91 freeway is gridlocked which is almost every day. I’m generally not out earlier in the morning hours so I’m unable to speak to the tra?ic situation at that time. Additionally, during the fires we had a few years back trying to evacuate was nearly impossible as the roads were gridlocked. It took us over 40 minutes to travel down Stage Coach to Nohl Ranch Road from Hackamore. I’m sure you have maps but that’s just a little over a quarter of a mile. Allowing an additional housing development of this size in this area will only add additional stress to our overly crowded surface streets and wreak additional havoc on this community in the event of an emergency/evacuation situation. Please consider the impact this will have on the residents that already live here and vote NO on this development.
