Sent from my iPhone I am deeply concerned with this project for many reasons First and foremost is Safety issues!! If and when we have another fire here in the canyon people will be unable to get out safely due to the added on residents being housed in this development and also the one up where the Edward’s cinema was. All streets here in the hills have to exit down to Santa Ana Canyon road As what happened in the last fire a few years ago the streets were grid locked and people were terrified si?ng for hours trying to escape!! Secondly People already using Santa Ana canyon as a second freeway Running red lights and threading through our neighbor hoods trying to get around the traffic jams that occur just about everyday. This puts our neighborhoods and our children at risk. In Some neighborhoods people can’t even back out of their driveways. This is a bo?leneck area and I hear they are planning to make it a three lane divided highway to accommodate this developer. All they care about is their profit and then they are gone leaving us the residents living with this nightmare There are so many other reasons to stop this development The current situa?on is already totally out of hand and we don’t have the infrastructure structure to add on more traffic here. Please stand strong and say NO to this developer who is into it only for the $$$$ and vote for what is best for our neighborhoods, children , and wild life and your cons?tuents. KEEP THE ZONING AS IS and say NO 1
