I have so many concerns regarding this project and the impact it will have on the residents of Anaheim
Hills. Here are a few key concerns: 1. Increased fire risk and evacuation concerns in a high-risk fire zone.
2. Creating greater traffic and gridlock on an already congested street (Santa Ana Canyon), among
others. 3. Changing the natural beauty and character of the community with a 24-hour shopping mall

style lighting. 4. Overcrowding of local schools, which will likely decrease kids' academic performance
and scores. 5. Disrupting and displacing wildlife. The purpose of living in Anaheim Hills is to get away
from the urban development of shopping malls, parking lots, and restaurants. There needs to be a
diverse collection of urban and suburban communities in Southern California. Our city is one of the most
beautiful and it's our responsibility to keep it as such. I respectfully request that you seriously consider
the many negative impacts of this project and the detriment it can bring to the quality of our lives in this
area.
