RESOLUTION NO. 3672
,""'"
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO.
2584 RELATING TO A CHANGE OF ZONE IN
CERTAIN AREAS OF THE CITY
WHEREAS, heretofore, to wit, on the 23rd day of
November, 1954, the City Council did adopt Resolution No.
2584 finding and determining that the property described
in said resolution should be changed from the classifica-
tion of R-3, Multiple Family Residential Zone and R-A,
Residential-Agricultural Zone, to a P-L, Parking-Landscaping
Zone 60 feet in depth, and to a C-l, Neighborhood-Commercial
Zone from the rear of the P-L, Parking-Landscaping Zone to
the alley; and
liHEREAS, said resolution did further provide that
a minimum of 75% of said property, exclusive of streets, be
maintained for customer and service parking; and
\~AS, the City Council does find that by reason
of the location and the size and shape of said property, it
is impracticable, if not impossible, for the property owners
to comply with the conditions set forth in said resolution
requiring a P-L, Parking-Landscaping Zone of 60 feet, and
75% of the area for customer parking, and to make any profit-
able use of their properties under such conditions; and
vlliEREAS, the City Council does further find that
the owners of said property objected to the completion of
said zone change incorporating said conditions, and that
as a result thereof an ordinance has never been adopted
directing said change of zone and completing said proceed-
ings; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does further find that
said resolQtion numbered 2584 should be amended by eliminat-
ing therefrom the P-L, Parking-Landscaping Zone and the

and customer parking.
