The infrastructure of our neighborhood cannot handle this project. The current infrastructure cannot handle the current population and there is no way the infrastructure could handle 1000+ more cars from this development. We live in a high fire zone where wildfires will blow in with the wind from the east by the 241 area. The last time we had a fire in 2017 the evacuation was a nightmare and it took several hours just to go a few miles. It is dangerous to be stuck in your car with nowhere to go when the wind is strong and blowing fire everywhere. The traffic has only gotten worse since 2017. It's my understanding that the developers did a traffic study in June 2022. That study would not be accurate as to how traffic is today. In 2022 many people were still working on a remote basis due to the pandemic as compared to today. There are many more cars on the road now. Our neighborhood is a cut through for people who live in the Inland Empire to avoid the 91 freeway, and we regularly are unable to move about our community due to high traffic. Adding in 1000+ cars from this development onto our roads would be an impossible task and a nightmare in the event of an evacuation. thank you, David Jarvi 1
