Dear Anaheim City Council, I am a current Anaheim Hills resident in the Bel Air community off Santa Ana Canyon and Weir Canyon. And I am asking for you to vote NO on the Deer Canyon project that will be adding 498 unit complex to an already overcrowded traffic area. There are only a couple access points to the 91 from Anaheim Hills and the traffic is currently so crowded that cars are cutting though my neighborhood to avoid Weir Canyon. The amount of cars coming through the neighborhood is so many that it is often bumper to bumper making it hard for residents to get in and out of our driveways. The thought of another 498-1000 additional vehicles sharing the road in an already overcrowded roadway is unsafe and irresponsible. It will make Anaheim Hills an undesirable place to live which is unfortunate and sad. I am scared to think of the next fire and how we will be able to evacuate safely and without running out of gas sitting in traffic for hours and not getting too far. A disaster that will come - will you be comfortable with your vote? If you care at all about the residents of Anaheim Hills and their safety please vote No. Thank you for your time. Sincerely, Jennifer Ahrendt Sent from my iPhone 1
