I, Rick Boutros, PE, observed and examined the following structural elements at the above address and
verified all the comments on the Correction Notice dated 3/23/20W,, a6 concerned items have been
corrected.
The second floor shear nailing and roof framing, roof sheathing, roof diaphragm nailing strap at top plates
notched/bored, girder truss solid framing underneath and bottom plate breaks are supported.
Truss book is available onsite.
Based on my observation, all the structural components are. structurally sound and all meet current
code requirements.
