AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAKEI11 AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution
No. 1R-219 determining that a change or
changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and des-
cribed should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly
noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation
of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or
changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com-
plied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes
as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
That certain parcel of land located in the County
of Orange, State of California, being that portion
of Lot 90 in the Eucalyptus Forest Tract, as shown
on a map recorded in Book 5, pages 29 and 30, 1,1is-
cellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County,
described as follows:
Beginning in the existing City limit line of the
City of Anaheim, said point of beginning being a
point in the southeast corner of the Red Gum -
Coronado No. 3 Annexation to the City of Anaheim,
said southeast corner also being a point in the
northerly annexation boundary line of the La Palma-
Miraloma Annexation to the City of Anaheim; thence
N 160 17' 00" W, 310.00 feet leaving said La Palma-
Miraloma Annexation boundary line and following
along the easterly annexation boundary line of
said Red Gum -Coronado No. 3 to the northeast cor-
ner of said annexation boundary; thence N 730 43'
00" E, 132.00 feet leaving the last mentioned
annexation boundary line along the north line of
Lot 90 in said Eucalyptus Forest Tract to the
northeast corner of said Lot 90; thence S 16° 17'
00" E, 310.00 feet along the easterly line of said

Lot 90 to an intersection with a line parallel
with and 20 feet northerly of the centerline of
Coronado Street, said point of intersection being
a point in the existing annexation boundary line
of the aforementioned La Palma-Miraloma Annexa-
tion; thence S 730 43' 00" W, 132.00 feet along
said parallel line and a portion of the last men-
tioned annexation boundary line to the point of
beginning.
now is COUNTY OF ORANGE M1, LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT, and COUNTY
OF ORANGE 100-M1-20,000, LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT and that it be
changed to and incorporated in CITY OF ANAHEIM "RS -A-43,000"
RESIDENTIAL/AGRICULTURAL ZONE, unconditionally.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and made
a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City
Zoning Map, as amended, is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and cir-
culated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its
final passage, it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
this 23rd day of November , 1976,

AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of Anaheim approved
