City Council Members, This area has ALWAYS been zoned for single family homes, and there is currently a shortage of these homes in Anaheim Hills. A home right around the corner, 121 just sold ABOVE ASKING within the first two days of listing. My son sold his home on Hibiscus last year on the first day, and ABOVE ASKING. If you study the comps in 92807 and 92808, you will see this trend of ABOVE ASKING in 90% of sales. What this area DOES NOT NEED is a multi unit huge apartment complex and the TRAFFIC CONGESTION it brings. Since when are the concerns of our local POLICE and FIRE departments not considered????? We were forced to evacuate a few years ago, and we're not even located near a canyon. We are located right off Santa Ana Canyon and Mohler. In fact, I can see Santa Ana Canyon Rd. from my backyard. It was a nightmare when we tried to get out for the past evacuation, and the congestion from a more recent evacuation brought traffic to a standstill. I STRONGLY URGE YOU TO VOTE NO ON THE SALT PROJECT! I appreciate your consideration, Lynn Nichter (an Anaheim Hills homeowner since 1975) 1
