Dear Anaheim City Council,
I am writing to you to state vehemently that I am against the proposed development of the 498 unit apartment
complex in Deer Canyon.
I have been a resident in East Anaheim Hills for 30 years and know that the development would have deleterious and
catastrophic effects on the traffic flows of Santa Ana Canyon Road.
Furthermore, adding another potential 1000 automobiles traveling by El Rancho Charter School will dramatically impact
the safety of the children that cross Santa Ana Canyon every day before and after school.
Reject this proposed rezoning for the Deer Canyon complex or the residents of Anaheim will never forget what a Traffic
Armageddon you will have unleased upon them.
