Do not click links or open attachments unless you recognize the sender and are expecting the message. I would expect our elected officials and Anaheim representatives to vote in the best interest of Anaheim Hills against proceeding with the 498 apartments of the Deer Canyon "Preserve" project. 1. It does not "preserve" Deer Canyon. 2. That area is zoned for single dwelling homes. Why are they building multi dwelling unit of 498 apartments? 3. If the zoning was changed, who and why made this change? If the zoning was changed, why was not Anaheim Hills residents, who would be affected by this change, given the option to voice their opinions and concersn? 4. Attending the last meeting, I did not hear any words of this 498-unit complex mention "families", "children", nor amenities for families or children. Why? The description and visuals were more like a presentation of the unit and its amenities of a Las Vegas hotel. 5. Why is a Utah development property in Anaheim Hills? 6. Why is there a green official road sign on Nohl Ranch Road, between Canyon Rim and Anaheim Hills Road, STATING MAKE A RIGHT ON ANAHEIM HILLS ROAD TO 91 FWY? Anaheim Hills residents already know where 91 FWy is! Our Anaheim Hills roads are already feeling the impact of cars from South County using ALL of our Anaheim Hills roads as short cuts to get to 91FWY leading to their other freeway routes. 7. Our roads are impacted heavily at commuter times already. 8. In case of fire or any other emergency, Anaheim Hills residents will not be able to evacuate. Can you even imagine our roads if we need to leave our homes. Our roads are already being affected as a short cut to freeways. 9. Why are our representatives not standing up for the Anaheim Hills residents they represent? 10. Our fire and police services are already at maximum of serving this community safely. 11. Our schools will further impacted, unless the "PRESERVE" is not really planning on apartments serving families. 13. The list actually goes on and on why not to build apartment hi rises and limit to single dwelling homes keeping the safety and integrity of this area and what is was originally designed. 12. If this project is approved and proceeds, it will only be the beginning of impacting our community. There need to be answers to the above to the Anaheim Hills residents by "our representatives" that were elected or hired on our behalf. 1 John Cierpial 2
