AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHFI11 AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution
No. 6 -31 and. 75R-655 determining that a change or
changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and des-
cribed should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly
noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation
of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or
changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com-
plied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes
as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
That portion of the southeast quarter of Section
22, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho
San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, as shown on
a snap recorded in Book 51, Page 10 of Miscellaneous
Maps, in the Office of the County Recorder of said
county, described as follows:
Commencing at the southwest corner of said south-
east quarter; thence Borth 675.00 feet along the
west line of said southeast quarter; thence East
573.51 feet parallel with the south line of said
southeast quarter; thence South 0° 16' 30" East
675.11 feet to the south line of said southeast
quarter and the true point of beginning; thence
East 150.00 feet along said south line; thence
North 00 16' 30" West 310.00 feet parallel with
said line having a bearing of South 00 16' 30"
East; thence West 150.00 feet parallel with said
south line; thence South 00 16' 30" Last 310.00
feet to the true point of beginning.
now is "RS -A-43,000" P. SIDENTIAL/AGRICULTURAL ZONE and that it be
changed -to and incorporated in "C-R" CO2,11VIERCIAL RECREATION ZONE
upon the following conditions:

1. That all engineering requirements of the City of Anaheim
such as curbs and gutters, sidewalks, street grading and paving,
drainage facilities, or other appurtenant work shall be complied
with as required by the City Engineer, and in accordance with stand-
ard plans and specifications on file in the Office of the City En-
gineer,'at the time the property is developed.
2. That the owner(s) of the subject property shall install
street lighting as required by the Utilities Director except when
the Utilities Director shall permit the Payment of street lighting
fees in the amount of $2.00 per front foot.
3. That the owner (s) of subject property shall pay to the
City of Anaheim the sum of sixty cents per front foot for tree
planting purposes, said amount to be paid at the time the property
is developed.
4. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance
with approved plans on file in the Office of the Director of Public
Works and Superintendent of Streets prior to final building inspec-
tions.
5. That all air conditioning facilities shall be properly
shielded from view and shall be in architectural conformance with
the structure.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning trap shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and made
a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City
Zoning Map, as amended, is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and cir-
culated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its
final passage, it shall take effect and be in full force.

16th day of November, 1976, by the following vote of the members
thereof:

NOES: COUNCIL MEMBERS: None
ABSENT: COUNCIL MEMBERS: None
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of Anaheim approved
and signed said Ordinance No. 3617 on the 16th day of November, 1976.
