AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAKEIII AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution
No. 76R-520 determining that a change or
changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and des-
cribed should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly
noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation
of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or
changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com-
plied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
A14AHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1_
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes
as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
Lot 130 of Tract No. 4181, as shown on a 14ap recorded
in book 156, pages 21, 22 and 23 of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of Orange County, California.
now is "RS -A-43,000" RESIDENTIAL/AGRICULTURAL ZONE and that it be
changed to and incorporated in "CL" C011VIERCIAL, LIMITED ZONE sub-
ject to the following conditions:
1. That damaged and/or hazardous sidewalks shall be repaired
along Post Lane as required by the City Engineer and in accordance
with standard plans and specifications on file in the Office of the
City Engineer.
2. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance
with approved plans on file with the Office of the Director of
Public Works.
3. That all air-conditioning facilities shall be properly
shielded from view, and the sound buffered from adjacent proper-
ties.
4. That a six-foot high masonry wall shall be constructed
along the east and north property lines.

5. That subject property shall be served by underground
utilities.
6. That any parking area lighting proposed shall be down -
lighted and directed away from the property lines to protect the
residential integrity of the area.
7. That drainage of subject property shall be disposed of
in a manner satisfactory to the City Engineer.
8. That appropriate water assessment fees, as determined by
the Director of Public Utilities, shall be paid to the City of
Anaheim prior to the .issuance of a building permit.
9. That the subject property shall be developed precisely
in accordance with plans and specifications considered by the
Planning Commission on August 2, 1976, and on file with the City
of Anaheim marked Exhibit No. 1 (Revision No. 2).
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and made
a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City
Zoning Map, as amended, is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and cir-
culated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its
final passage, it shall take effect and be in full force.

and adopted at a regular meeting of said City Council held on the
12th day of October, 1976, by the following vote of the members
thereof:

AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of Anaheim approved
