AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution
No. 72R-286 determining that a change or
changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and des-
cribed should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly
noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation
of the Citv Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain i
con tions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or
changes of said zone or zones,�which conditions have been com-
plied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OP
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes
as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
That portion of the south 5 acres of the southeast
one-quarter of the southeast one-quarter of the north-
east one-quarter of Section 17, Township 4 South, Range
10 West. S.B.B. & M., in the city of Anaheim county of
Orange, state of California, as described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the center line of Euclid
Avenue as shown on a map filed in book 27 page 11 of
Record of Surveys in the office of said recorder
distant thereon north 0° 18' 00" west 210.01 feet from
its intersection with the center line of Orange Street
as shown on said Record of Survey map; thence parallel
with said center line of Orange Street south 890 10'
25" west 150.00 feet; thence parallel with said center
line of Euclid Avenue north 0° 18' 00" west 120 feet
to the northerly line of said south 5 acres; thence
easterly along said northerly line to said center line
of Euclid Avenue; thence along said center line of
Euclid Avenue, south 00 18' 00" east 120 feet to the
point of beginning.

now is "RS -A-43,000" RESIDENTIAL/AGRICULTURAL ZONE and that it be
changed to and incorporated in "CL" CO?•DTERCIAL, LIMITED ZONE sub-
ject to the following conditions:
1. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance
with approved plans on file with the office of the Director of
Public Works.
2. That all air conditioning facilities shall be properly
shielded from view, and the sound buffered from adjacent proper-
ties.
3. That any parking area lighting proposed shall be down -
lighting of a maximum height of six feet, which lighting shall be
directed away from the property lines to protect the residential
integrity of the area.
4. That subject property shall be served by underground
utilities.
5. That the existing structure shall be brought up to the
minimum standards of the City of Anaheim including Uniform Build-
ing, Plumbing, Electrical, Housing, Mechanical and Fire Codes as
adopted by the City of Anaheim.
6. That drainage of subject property shall be disposed of
in a manner that is satisfactory to the City Engineer.
7. That the northerly access point of subject property shall
be closed off and the driveway apron removed and replaced with
standard curb and gutter and the existing sidewalk repaired as re-
quired by the City Engineer and in accordance with standard plans
and specifications on file in the office of the City Engineer.
8. That Condition Nos. 1, 21 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7, above men-
tioned, shall be complied with prior to final building and zoning
inspections.
9. That subject property shall be developed in accordance
with Area Development Plan No. 95, Exhibit "B."
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and made
a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City
Zoning Map, as amended, is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning reap to be added
to the City Zoningaap showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and cir-
culated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its
final passage, it shall take effect and be in full force.

AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of Anaheim
