AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MU14ICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution
No. 62R-335 and 66R-634 determining that a change or
changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and des-
cribed should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly
noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation
of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or
changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com-
plied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or chanqes
as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
The Westerly 330.00 of the Easterly 660.00 feet
of that portion of Lot 2 in Block K of the Kramer
Tract, partly in the City of Anaheim, as shown on
a Map recorded in Book 12, pages 87 and 88 of Mis-
cellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, Califor-
nia, described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the Easterly line of said
lot, 1848.00 feet Southerly from the Northeast
corner of said lot; thence Southerly 793.98 feet
along said Easterly line to the Southeast corner
of said lot; thence Westerly 1320.00 feet along
the Southerly line of said lot to the Southwesterly
corner of said lot; thence Northerly 793.98 feet
along the Westerly line of said lot to the South-
erly corner of the land described in the deed from
Mattie Goetz to Emma Shaffer, recorded December 6,
1917 in Book 316, page 202 of Deeds; thence East-
erly 1320.00 feet along the Southerly line of said
land to the point of beginning.

now is "RS -A-43,000" RESIDENTIAL/AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it
be changed to and incorporated in LIMITED INDUSTRIAL ZONE,
subject to the following conditions:
1. That all engineering requirements of the City of Anaheim
such as curbs and gutters, sidewalks, street grading and paving,
drainage facilities, or other appurtenant work shall be complied
with as required by the City Engineer and in accordance with stand-
ard plans and specifications on file in the office of the City
Engineer at the time the property is developed.
2. That the owner of subject property shall install street
lighting as required by the Utilities Director except when the
Utilities Director shall permit the payment of street lighting
fees in the amount of $2.00 per front foot.
3. That all plans for development of the property shall be
submitted to and approved by the Architectural Control Committee
on the basis of compatibility of development, both structurally
and architecturally.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and made
a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City
Zoning Map, as amended, is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and cir-
culated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its
final passage, it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
this 17th day of August , 1976.
